Brian’s full time career in Real Estate began after he retired early
from the high technology world. With advanced degrees in engineering
from Oregon Institute of Technology and business from the University
of Hartford, and many years of experience in customer service, sales,
marketing, contracts, corporate and personal residential real estate
needs, he is now able to share his expertise with clients full time
seeking to fulfill their dreams of home ownership, investment property
and commercial real estate.
Brian enjoys working with all types of home buyers and investors.
Having moved several times while working in the corporate world, he
understands the challenges of buying and selling. As your Buyer or
Seller Representative, he is passionate about making your transaction
“fly” though the process as smoothly as possible. He applies the
skills that can only come with experience and knowledge to quickly and
smoothly “pilot” clients through their real estate transactions. He
understands the fears and concerns that Buyers and Sellers can have
and puts them at ease by explaining what the steps of the process are,
what to expect next, anticipates and prevents potential “bumps” in the
process, and keeps them informed of the progress along the way. Brian
finds great satisfaction in assisting his clients with all their needs
from “First Time Home Purchases” through relocations, and investment
needs.
As a resident of the Central Valley for over 15 years, Brian continues
to be very involved with his family and giving back to the community.
His involvement includes being a past Assistant Cubmaster for Cub
Scouts, current Assistant Scout Master for Boy Scouts, active with his
family’s church and past Chairman of the Board of Trustees, past
Chairman of Tracy Tomorrow 2000 Land Use Sub-Committee, Current Member
of Tracy Tomorrow & Beyond Citizens Committee, Supporter of Youth
Soccer, and a Member of AOPA (Aircraft Owners & Pilots Association).
Brian enjoys boating, skiing, camping, and is also an avid private
pilot. His family enjoys any opportunity to take a flight to a new
location and take in the local sights, sounds and food faire. Nothing
like getting a little altitude to clear the head!
