negotiation skills to support her clients. Also, she is an
experienced commercial broker. She has been involved in many
large projects and is accomplished in coordinating the different
government groups it takes to complete large projects.
Beverly's main goal is to grow her company through quality and

people feel wanted and are treated with care. Beverly started
Coldwell Banker Crossroads Real Estate years ago with Partner Spencer
Auch. Her dream still is to provide a place where friendly
