Randy Morris is delighted to have re-joined the sales professionals at
Coldwell Banker Crossroads in Manteca. He brings with him 15
years experience in home sales and marketing. During this time,
Randy has helped families in the sale or purchase of more than 300
properties. These included resale homes, new homes, ranchettes,
lots and mobile homes.
Working for families in the sale or purchase of a home is an
extremely satisfying business when you successfully complete a
transaction. It is very rewarding where you hand over the keys
to the new owner and see the look on their faces. This gesture
only occurs after many steps and hurdles have been crossed.
Randy has developed many friendships with area lenders, title
companies and sub-contractors who all help their clients. In
addition to having an enthusiastic attitude, Randy brings a
professional approach and extensive knowledge of the market. His
time off is usually spent fishing or with his bride of 36 years,
Paula. They have 2 grown children (Jim and Wendy) and 6
beautiful grand children ranging in age from 1 year to 16 years.
