Jim’s Real Estate career began after he was fortunate enough to retire early from the software development and electronic engineering world of Vodafone Airtouch. As a Real Estate investor for many years, he has always been active in Real Estate and decided to pursue it on a full-time basis. Jim likes providing the same high level of service he expects. No pressure, just results.
Jim finds tremendous satisfaction in working all aspects of Real Estate- from working with first time homebuyers to finding the ideal investment property for the seasoned investor. As a Buyer or Seller representative, his focus is to make your Real Estate transaction as easy as possible by paying strict attention to detail. Jim’s Real Estate focus is on marketing his client’s properties and searching out the ideal home for your next move.
Jim’s background is 23 years in the Computer Information Technology and Telecommunication fields. He holds degrees in Electronics and Business Management, and certification in Project Management. His years of project management and negotiations provided an ideal segue-way into Real Estate.
Jim was Cub Master for Pack 422 and Scout Master for Troop 422. In 1997, he lead 36 Scouts, as their Scout Master to the National Jamboree in Virginia. Jim enjoys snow and water skiing, and is an avid backpacker and camper.
A father of five, Jim has patience and understands the needs of families. He enjoys being
with his wife, DeeAnna, cooking, and playing in the pool with the children.
