CBXR is a full service real estate company.  We can assist in the purchase, sell or management of your income property.  We do not require you to sign an agreement stating you have to use CBXR for all your services.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

We specialize in managing both Residential and Commercial income investment properties.

SERVICES OFFERED

Our management services include:  Rent collection, serving legal notices, responding to maintenance requests, itemized monthly cash flow statements, Move in/Move out inspections, fire department inspections when required, Year-end itemized income/expense, drive-by inspections, Tenant screening and Marketing of vacant property.  We also have the Manteca Police SHARP units do drive-by inspections of your vacant property for your protection.

TENANT SCREENING

Our tenant screening includes:  Credit report, Tenant history, Unlawful detainer history, Employment/Income verification and Criminal record check.  All at no cost to the owner.

MANAGEMENT FEES

We have no hidden charges, upfront fees or administration charges on maintenance work.  We charge only a commission on collected funds.
