I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Ann Reed, a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Crossroads Real Estate.
As a homeowner myself, I understand the concerns a seller or buyer might have when the decision has been made to sell an existing home or to purchase a new one. Whether you are selling a home or buying your first home you can count on me to make the transaction process smooth and successful.
I am a member in good standing with the Central Valley Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Also being a member of the Multiple Listing Services gives me access to numerous listings in our area plus the surrounding areas.
In my spare time I enjoy rafting, fishing, swimming, boating, relaxing by the ocean, and cooking (pies). One of my passions is Blues music- you might find me listening to it live at the Mossdale Marina. Also, this past year I participated in the Board of Realtors bowl-a-thon put on to benefit local charities.
